3 nights $600 Room smelled like a dog kennel. Inside looked like a 1970 trailer park. Appeared to have been flooded from hurricane Matthew back in 2016.,you could see the water marks on the base boards....No, I repeat no service at all....no clean towels, you have to take your dirty towels to a barn/laundry room and hope and pray there is someone there to do you a towel for towel, wash cloth for wash cloth exchange.
I wouldn't go back there or recommend this dump to no one! My friends cabin didn't even have a couch in the "living" room, just 1 rocking chair. Only one tv , no tv in bedrooms. Shower nozzle clogged. Are you kidding me!!!...besides this, there is NOTHING TO DO IN MAGGIE VALLEY. IT IS THE DEADEST PLACE IN ALL OF THE SMOKIES...GHOST TOWN IN THE SKY IS EXACTLY WHAT MAGGIE VALLEY IS...A DUMP!!!! UTTERLY DISGUSTED! STAY IN PIEGON FORGE OR GATLINBURGH

Room Tip: go some where else...dont spent your hard eaned money in this dump

We are very sorry you did not enjoy your stay with us. Our cabins are rustic but very clean as we have a 99 sanitation score from the health department. We did not get any damage from the hurricane. We do make all customers aware of of policies at the time of check in as well as email a copy to each customer at the time of reservation. We respect the privacy of our customers and never enter the cabin while it is occupied. We will exchange dirty towels between the hours of 10 am and 4 pm, 7 days a week. Some of our cottages do have day beds in the living room which act as a couch for some people but, also give our customers the ability to have more sleeping room for extra guests. No one ever mentioned the shower head as we would have addressed this issue. Again, we are saddened by this.

We rented 2 cottages side by side right next to the creek for a family weekend. The cottages are cute and rustic and clean. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We asked for a late checkout at the last minute because we wanted to stay a little longer and they gladly were able to accommodate us. The other people staying there were also very friendly. It was a very nice family atmosphere. The kids loved playing by the creek and roasting marshmallows over the campfire. I am kind of picky about where I stay and I would definitely stay here again.

We came up here Christmas/New Years season 2015 with 2 other families (12 of us altogether) and had 3 different cabins. Our original purpose was to take our boys skiing and snowboarding, but on this particular year, it was way too warm for snow. Nevertheless, the kids of ages 5-15 all had a total blast, as did we adults, just hanging out making bonfires, loading up on wine from the Dollar General, playing board/card games, and just enjoying people and nature. Fortunately, on the last day for our family, it got freezing cold and they were able to make snow at the ski resort, so my son was able to go snow boarding. It was an awesome trip and we plan on doing it again this year. It's rustic, country and relaxed, which is exactly what we wanted. The office staff are as friendly as it gets. Good people all around.

Room Tip: they are cabins on a creek. there are no bad rooms.

Brought our toy hauler camper with my old bike and side car. Had a great time. Pam, the one who runs the place is super nice. Located about the middle of Maggie Valley which was perfect. Will definitely return.

We have a class A RV and spent Labor Day weekend here with friends that have a class C. We had all hookups (water, sewer, electric, cable and wifi). Everyone was extremely nice, from the owner down to the guests. They had cookouts and bands and we got to meet people from all over. It's really clean and the stream is gorgeous. We had friends meet us and they booked a couple of cabins for an upcoming weekend. We will definitely go back.
