You get what you pay for and in this case you overpay for. The facility needs lots of upgrades, the staff is not the most people friendly for assistance with anything other than checking you in or out, anything outside that scope you will pretty much be on your own to either find it or get a manager for internal assistance. Our room had a mildew smell to it from day one and didn't change after 5 days of so-called cleaning service. Wew enjoyed the beach and our vacation in outer banks but the hotel had nothing to do with any of that enjoyment.
