Kinda expensive for the type of hotel and the area. Nothing special about this hotel, same, normal and reliable Courtyard. Location is semi convenient, plenty of restaurants, but hard to walk to any of them. I changed my hotel to the Sienna Hotel in Chapel Hill, rate was pretty close, but it was like moving from a 2 star to a 5 star hotel. Unless location is critical, I would find a better hotel, like I did.

We stayed at the RTP Courtyard as a stop over while heading west. This Courtyard has not been renovated yet but the room was clean. The fitness center needs some updating. There were treadmills but only 1 elliptical and 1 bike. The elliptical was rusted and had a screw and nut on the floor under it. It was also very rough to use. The stay was fine but was not one of the updated Courtyards.

Adorable hotel with balconies, which we like or have to have since every hotel/motel is non smoking, a pain to us awful smokers lol. Modern facilities, retro feel in the decor, hip, almost fresh. The Bistro, restaurant on location, serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. French roast was pretty good. They also have been and wine for sale until 2am but it ain't cheap at ALL, but we spulurged. Pool, business/conference facilities, pool, 24 fitness center, ice machine on every floor, The Market at check has snacks, drinks and other necessities. Room was super clean, loved the bedding, great pillows. Staff were all helpful, friendly, accommodating, just stellar. Free Wi Fi, wheel chair accessible parking as well the hotel. Gas stations and restaurants in walking distance around near by if you need to go. All around very nice hotel, would stay again!

Stayed here for Business for 3 nights. Smooth Check in process ( am Silver Elite).Got a room on the 2nd floor, very quiet and spacious, nice clean Bath. Loved the Avocado toast in the breakfast but you have to be a tad patient to get it after ordering

Priced at an enticing point the Hotel is conveniently located with lot of eateries and shops you can walk to.On asking was told that the airport shuttle operated only till 10:00am! That was a little disappointing, why not have it made available the whole day? Otherwise a good experience overall, will consider again for sure

I recently stayed at the Courtyard Durham Research Triangle Park hotel on business. The hotel is either relatively new, or has been recently renovated. The lobby is large and welcoming. There is a large sitting area with a fireplace where individuals traveling together can sit and socialize. The bar and restaurant area also has a nice, contemporary design. While the hotel is overall very nice, I am not a fan of the yellow and orange color scheme. It is probably supposed to create a warm, welcoming feeling, but I was not fond of it. I had a spacious, clean room on the second floor that overlooked and outside courtyard. The floor was quiet and I did not hear any noises from the hall or other areas during my stay. The hotel also has a shuttle service and we used it for going to and from dinner. I would definitely enjoy staying at this hotel in the future.

Room Tip: I would recommend the second or third floor for a quiet stay.
