The people at the front desk were very nice. The room we were give was in the center of the second floor. It was a quiet location and very clean. We asked the front desk clerk for a recommendation for breakfast - he suggested the Shipwreck Restaurant - it was WONDERFUL! I would definitely stay at Cape Pines again and definitely return to Shipwreck!

Room Tip: We were on the second floor, very quiet. Good recommendation from front desk for breakfast at the S...

We've been there for a night in a long trip. Owners were very friendly and kind, with right advices and hints.
Pool was welcome from our children, room was big and clean enough. Moreover the price was decent considering the location and the season. Also two grills were available for guest.

Older motel but maintained nicely. Some of the furnishings were a bit dated but everything was clean - cleaner than the chain we stayed in the night before! The woman at the desk for check-in was very nice and helpful when we asked about a recommendation for a restaurant. We were only there for one night but I'd stay again.

We checked in Friday, and left Sunday morning... I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the room, fresh towels, and one of the employees even asked us if we needed a few extra towels as we were walking into our room. The A/C was great, and already on when we got there.

The pool is very clean, and very peaceful. There is a grocery store right across the street, and some restaurants right next door on the next street over. They have a deep freezer for guest's to use, a fish cleaning station, washer and dryer all right there next to the rooms.
The room had a mini-fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Which all come in very handy when you are traveling with children. Outside the room was also a built-in deck bench, for sitting and relaxing.

The price was very affordable for the area, as we couldn't stay a week, but still wanted to spend some time there.

We checked in and out without hassle, and really enjoyed our time at this place. We will be returning next year!
Thanks for the hospitality!
