The rooms where beautiful and clean and looked like they had been recently remodeled. We had one king size bed which pretty much filled the room, but we didn't mind since since we were in the area to visit The Great Smokey Mountain National Park. Bryson City is adjacent to the park so if one so chooses you can get on one of the park trails in Bryson City. We spent most of two days hiking so appreciated the shower, which was new roomy and very nice. The Inn had an outdoor pool but it was closed it being mid October. The complimentary inn breakfast was great, waffles, eggs, yogurt, muffins toast, biscuits and gravy, grits, hot and cold cereal, fruit, coffee, tea and milk.
Bryson City is a great little town. There are nice shops, good restaurants, and is easy to get around in Bryson City; it also is an easy drive to the park visitors center. We visited in October and found that neither Bryson City or the park were crowded. Viewing the changing color of the trees in The Great Smokey Mountain National Park was spectacular and should not be missed.
