Aloft was a little haven at the end of a 5 night trip down the blue ridge parkway. Immaculately equipped and stylishly decorated, in a lovely town with a wonderful farmers market where we bought lots of fresh local produce and cooked up a storm in the apartment. Huge comfortable bed and comfortable living area made this one of our favourite places we stayed during a 3 month road trip of the States. Nothing was too much trouble for the understated owners who took so much care to make sure that we had everything we needed. The price was also less than half of that at the Mast Farm inn where we had stayed 2 nights earlier, and in our opinion the accommodation was of a much higher quality. Despite their slick marketing the Mast Farm Inn could learn a lot about genuine hospitality from Aloft. We will be back if we ever get the chance to be back in your lovely part of the world.

My wife and I stayed here this past weekend. Getting the reservations, checking in , the stay and checking out was the easiest I have ever had. The room was very nice and the bed was unbelievably comfortable. We can’t wait to go back.

Another establishment told us about the Aloft units as they were full. What a great recommendation! We stayed in Unit D. It was spotless and very well and thoughtfully appointed. Comfortable bed and furniture. Water in the refrigerator, extra roll of paper towels, dish soap, pods for the clothes washer and even bed chocolates. We had one small mechanical issue that was quickly and efficiently resolved with a phone call - and on a holiday weekend no less. Truly a great place to stay and right in the middle of the town. There is no parking with the facility but we had no issues at all finding a spot quickly and in most instances, right in front of the building.

Room tip: I can't imagine one room is bad. They all seem lovely! Unit D has comfortable couches.

We stayed four nights at Aloft in the Smokes and thought the accommodations were ideal. The lofts are beautifully decorated!! Furniture and appliances were wonderful, beds very comfortable. Everything you could possible need in a loft condo. Within walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants. Owners were so nice to work with. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back to stay here again.

This place was huge; perfect location for the Polar Express ride at the Great Smokey Mountain RR. Place was very clean, well-kept, and exceeded my expectations. We had a king size bed in the bedroom and it looked like a double in the loft room. There was enough space in the loft room for a table and 2 chairs and space for an air mattress (brought from home) for the granddaughter. The room wasn't as dark as we would have liked because of the outside light shining in the front door, but it wouldn't keep us from staying there again. The only problem was finding parking on the street, but once you found a spot, that's where we stayed for the weekend. There are many restaurants within walking distance and stores to visit. The decor was very nicely done and not overdone like some private facilities. There was chocolate on the bed on the day we arrived with a Keurig machine with supplied coffee. The kitchen was functional and very clean. We would stay again. THANK YOU!

Room tip: We had suite D at the back of the building which is to the back of the building.
