“So Extremely Nice that I Selfishly Want to Keep It a Secret!”

What an incredible place to stay! Beautifully appointed with unique art and furnishings. Conveniently located very close to the famous John C. Campbell Folk School. The rich history of the house built in 1935 by extremely talented craftsmen and the key roles the early inhabitants played in developing the local area make it possible revisit a special time in history (but with all the modern conveniences!) Wayne and Sherry ensure that you are taken care of and make you feel like royalty. We will be back, hopefully many times! ps, Almost forgot to mention a must to visit the Highlander Gallery located in the area's oldest (now renovated) creamery building and within easy walking distance from the house !

Thank you so much for your kind words, and an extra thanks for mentioning the Gallery. It was a pleasure to meet and host both you and Carolyn. The Historic Bidstrup House is a very special place, and we always enjoy sharing its story with people that understand its significance, both then and now. Wayne and I are looking forward to your next visit.
