This seems like a newer Springhill Suites. Very clean. There is a pool but we did not have a chance to use it: we were here one night on our way to Boston. The sink is outside the bathroom. I have to mention that the bathroom had a shower stall and no tub, AND a sliding door with no lock. Not a problem for us, but if you have small children, these two items may be a problem. My 16 year old wanted me to tell everyone the pullout sofa bed is "fantastic". The bed pulls out of the back of the sofa like an accordian, which I have never seen before. Also, part of the sofa is separate and extends from the main sofa so you can recline on it even without the sofabed being pulled out. It seems that the newer Springhills don't have have the little sink anymore by the microwave, which I kind of missed. There is also a mini fridge and coffee maker. Otherwise, the hotel is nice, good breakfast, waffle maker, 24 hour coffee. No complaints.I would stay here again when we pass this way. There is also a shuttle to the airport if you need it.

A six month hotel. Nothing to fault really. Excellent checking in and out time. Nice room design. Booked a king size bedroom for two but can sleep four with the pullout sofa.

The maintenance manager should watch the shower in the rooms. My room had water on the floor from the shower. The rubber seals need to be re-purposed around the glass frame to avoid a damp bathroom.

Overall, quite pleased with the environment and will be back over the summer.

Stayed here 1 night for business and was impressed with the size of the room, quality of the hotel, and value of room charge. It was great to have a nice desk area to do paperwork and made it easier to focus. I liked how the living area was separated from the bed and gave privacy if needed. Room also had mini fridge and microwave which was convenient. Hotel also had a small bar and restaurant area--also included was breakfast which had a nice selection.

We were planning a stay in the Buffalo area and opted for this hotel because of its location. It is about 10 minutes from Walden Galleria, less than 10 to the airport and very handy to the shopping along Transit Road. We enjoyed the fact the hotel was new - that meant everything was immaculate. We also liked the ultra modern design of the common areas and of the room - the design elements were practical and stylish. We found the checkin process to be quick and the staff to be courteous. The hotel has a pool that looked quite nice but we didn't use it. There also was a small fitness room. Our rate included breakfast and we saw lots of other guests taking advantage of that but there is a Cracker Barrel right next door and we couldn't pass that up.

We stayed here before flying and had to leave early. It’s a bit further from the airport so you need a bit more time to get there (10-15 min). Our flight was very early so they paid for us to take a taxi as their shuttle wasn’t running yet. After our trip we called when we landed and they sent their shuttle to get us so it was waiting for us when we left the Airport which was nice. The room was the typical springhill suites room with 2 queen and a pullout. It’s a new hotel, so everything was new and clean.
