Gorgeous rooms very well arranged. The overall hotel is decorated with a great atmosphere (warm and cosy).

Staff is rating at a very high Profesional standard.

Restaurant is perfect regarding both food and staff.

Only area for improvement : We were not able to enjoy the swimming pool due to the water temperature.

We stayed for 3 nights and throughly enjoyed it. The villa is very well maintained, clean and very chic. The pool was lovely and the views breathtaking. The ambience was lovely and peaceful and the staff worked hard to make sure we were catered for and were really helpful and friendly. The food was delicious too. I would definitely come back here and highly recommend it.

Villa Sassolini is wonderful. The Chic Farmhouse decor is beautiful and the view from the pool is breathtaking. The only caveat, the suite we stayed in is poorly lighted and the AC took a long time to cool down the room once we settled for the night! The staff is pleasant and the food was delicious.

We stayed at Villa Sassolini for two nights. It was easily located in a quiet hillside village with stunning views. Parking was plentiful on the roadside. The accommodation consisted of rooms in the main house and a small number within a separate block, with its own balcony and uninterrupted views of the Tuscan countryside. A complimentary spa was also in a separate building across from the main entrance. Villa Sassolini was decorated and maintained to the highest standards with a meticulous eye for detail and personal style. The rooms and facilities were immaculate and incredibly comfortable. The staff were so calm and clearly very proud and invested in this beautiful property. The village was nice to wonder around and had a lovely village cafe/shop opposite for basic supplies (mosquito deterrent advised!), aperitif's and small bites to eat. Breakfast was served at the poolside during good weather and was fresh and ample. Food and drinks were served during the day with reservations required for evening dining. I highly recommend the very personal 2-3 hour cooking class with chef Ricardo. This is a perfect stay especially for those seeking tranquility and romance - As the name suggests Relais du Silence and member of Mr&Mrs Smith. My only critique concerns NOT the hotel but rather groups of travellers that should pay more attention to this fact and respect the purpose and personal space of this gorgeous small hotel and the village location. We experienced the noisy aftermath of an unfortunate one off group booking that the hotel staff did exceptionally well to try manage very professionally and I can't thank them enough for this. Ordinarily and in the groups absence, the hotel was serene, intimate and peaceful. Perhaps large group bookings may become a thing of the past. Would HIGHLY recommend (but without the large groups).

Room tip: All the rooms were stunning and quiet (without the group booking) and beautifully decorated. Air-con was efficient and quiet.

Stayed here for a mini break in July and WOW! What an amazing place, our room was incredible, beautiful decor and panoramic views of the surrounding countryside from every window. A peaceful night’s rest, like sleeping on a cloud! Lots of comfy nooks and crannies to chill out in and a nice little spa. Food was great and the people here are lovely, nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely be back here, just lovely
