This place was recommended to us by the owner of Maison Grillou, went there initially on the Saturday w high was a Bank
Holiday they has a special evening "duck" kebab and chips words fail me, it was one of the best ducks I've had (and trust me I've had some ducks at some so called Michelin star restaurants) this was cooked to perfection, and the chips were amazing cooked in yes, duck fat. The food was so, so good that we returned again on the Wednesday night, to a very warm and friendly welcome from the owner. Amazing place, if you are in the region I highly recommend this as a place to try. The service and the welcome were second to non and we were certainly made to feel at home. DON'T BE FOOLED BY APPEARANCES.
