Best property and staff on Seneca Lake

Excellent hotel, grounds are maintained extremely well. Staff goes way beyond in making sure your stay is enjoyable. View of marina and lake is perfect. Walk to local restaurants and bars. Watkins Glen Park is about one mile away, racetrack is 15-minute ride. Many vineyards within 15-20 minutes.

Not the best

Depending on which area of the hotel. Some areas the staff was amazing and other not so good!! I don't believe I have met nicer cleaning staff then what is employed at this hotel! The parking was not great. In the few nights we stayed we got parked in 3 times. Went to the front desk and they stated they couldn't do anything about it.

Relaxing and romantic stay

We recently had an enjoyable stay at this hotel. We had a beautiful view of the lake from our 3rd floor balcony. Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the staff was friendly. We had a nice dinner on the patio downstairs and enjoyed an after dinner drink sitting by the fire on the patio. This was the most relaxing part of our trip and we can’t wait to go back in September.

Beautiful Hotel and perfect location!

Hotel is lovely and VERY CLEAN! My room was spotless and even smelled really clean. Everyone is beyond nice and friendly and more than willing to help. Room service was on time and came as ordered. If you can make sure to get a lake view room with a patio/balcony. You will love sitting out there early sipping coffee or later with you last glass of wine for the day. Parking was easy and there were so many places to eat within walking distance. Highly recommend!!!!

A hidden gem!

An almost too perfect hotel. Stayed 3 midweek days. Walking distance to Watkins Glen State Park which we hiked. Did a boat tour around Lake Seneca. Visited the Corning Glass museum with discount tickets obtained at the front desk. Visited the Farm Sanctuary. Everyone at the hotel was kind, helpful and courteous. Clean, comfortable, modern. Beautiful lake views. Excellent on site restaurant. Coffee/tea every morning just a few steps from your room was really nice. Highly recommend!
