It is very good property near to Sea. Excellent Indian Veg as well Non-Veg food. You can enjoy morning breakfast with nice sea view. It has cool breeze the whole day. They have good variety of Breakfast items. Good hospitality.

Everything was almost good, BUT TWO THINGS MAY BE IMPROVED IF POSSIBLE
1) Time to save breakfast to start at 7:00 am and not 7:30 am which is the currect practice. Thili limits me and may be other people to get breakfast before they leave for business
2) there should be provision of toothbrush and toothpaste in the rooms

Nice Friendly People at the Hotel, I was upgraded at no cost to a suite. The location is a bit busy due to it's proximity to the port but I would stay at the hotel again if I should visit the Stonetown Area. Food was nicely presented with local flavors a good choice. Absolutely lovely pool to cool you down during the very hot Zanzibar days

A very good hotel with ocean view, wide pool to swim with family good food and above all. Very clean and close to the port. My stay was awesome and have been given the best rate which i could manage..

The Gulden Tulip City Center Hotel have nice rooms and a very good sky restaurant are there.
The hotel have a central position in the City and is near to the ferry.
The staff are very friendly and circumspect.
