We arrived quite late due to the rain, around 8pm. Zaid was there to do our check in. Zaid really is amazing, he checks everything and do everything he can to satisfy the customers. We had a room on the main building which needs renovation, but based on TA comments, i was expecting much worse . The lift was under maintenance, so we had to climb 3 storeys to get to our room with our toddler. Zaid saw that it was very complicated for us, so we were upgraded to a bungalow room with direct view on the beach. That was amazing. The catering and F&B team is really good and dedicated to please the customers. They always welcome guests with smile, help them to hold their plates, refill water or wine... Thumbs up to all the team! We had such a good time at merville hotel. Theyve just closed to go under renovation and will reopen around september 20.More
