Very close to Geneva this place is a gem. We had a relaxed tasting of numerous cheeses all made the way cheese should be made from high quality milk by people who care about there animals, land and methods. One cheese was as good as others. All were explained to us plus you are handed a paper to make notes for afterwards if one wishes to purchase. A beautiful huge barn where you can also taste a few wines ( we did not here ) and tables and seating abound. We ended up buying 9 or 10 different cheeses which will last for months till opened. Highly recommend
