Stopped here on a day trip in the Fingerlakes. Beautiful spot. Met the owner who gave us a little history about the cheese company. Cheese tasty was fun. Great cheese, took a bunch home. Recommend

Talk about a cheese line-up! This is a perfect stop between wine tastings as you make your way around the lake. They have 2 very long counter height tables with SO many varieties of cheese to try - some very interesting combinations. Maybe not the world's best cheese, but definitely worth the stop!

We visited this fairly new business on Sunday, July 9, 2017. The cheese tasting is located in a huge, beautifully renovated barn. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The cheese outstanding! So if you're looking for a fun distraction from all that wine on the wine trail, stop and have a delightful cheese experience! Clean and well-maintained property. The tasting barn also has various cooking oils, mustards, jams, and soaps for sale as well as novelty t-shirts, etc. Fun place!

We saw the sign on the side of the road and just decided to stop in..... We hit the JACKPOT! We loved this little stop. The cheese was FANTASTIC, and the wine was nice as well. My 9 year old son even enjoyed tasting all the different cheeses. The Red Buddy was our favorite. The owner was super nice and very informative about his cheeses. We wanted to bring some home and they will even ship it to you! If you are in the area and want to stretch your legs, this is a must stop!

It was refreshing to see dairy farmers reinvent themselves so successfully. What a great idea! Cheese tasting, accompanied by wine or local craft beer if you like. Generous samples, knowledgeable staff. The packaged cheese to take home is not cheap, but worth every penny. I had a hard time deciding what NOT to buy. I also bought a riesling lavender citrus jelly that was delicious, and I rarely eat jelly!
Special bonus - we stayed at the Gridley Inn, a charming B&B in Waterloo, and the hostesses there provided free tasting coupons!
