This delightful restaurant is tucked in among several businesses that make it easy to overlook, but don't. From the friendly greeting when you walk in the door to the personal attention of the staff make this a wonderful dining experience. And then there is the food - portions are generous, fresh and delicious. We sampled several of the appetizers including a special made with eggplant. Because we had spent the day at a cooking class at the near by NY Wine & Culinary Center, we had little room for any of the mouth watering sounding entrees or the Italian Twinkie dessert.
We will remember what we missed and when we return to Victor, we will go to Otto's with an empty stomach.
