Discovered this hidden gem while in Troy a few weeks ago. It most fits the "fast casual" model. Ordering is at a counter in the back of the restaurant, after which food is delivered to your table. The dining room is small, but quaint and very comfortable. There is a great bar in the adjoining room, dining at an outdoor courtyard area behind the restaurant.
We tried a variety of dishes, and enjoyed all of them. The prices are quite reasonable, and the specialty cocktails delicious.
So why not 5 stars? Mostly because I'm used to my bibimbap having crispy rice at the bottom. Theirs did not. In fact the one overall negative that stood out for us was that every single dish came out at just above room temperature. The flavors were good, but I wish the food had been hot.
