Was brought here by friends for dinner. Not a fancy place but what you'll find is good homemade and delicious food. Our server was great, imagine a person with a real pleasant personality. Would absolutely eat here again.

Told this was a long time family run restaurant with loyal local following. But that seems to be the problem. Doesn't look like the owners have made any attempt to invest in décor or cuisine.

Walls are covered with cheap plastic paneling from the 1970's, cheap lighting, hard tables with paper napkins, plastic table tops uncomfortable seating, no handicapped entrance. Menu is run of the mill Italian. They do boast that their pasta is house made and a simple order of spaghetti and meatballs confirmed that claim. But red sauce leaves no room for any lightness. An order of clams with linguini brought microscopic clam parts in a ho hum gravy.

There is a soup and salad bar. Chicken pastina soup was good if over salted. New England clam chowder could substitute for wallpaper paste. In a large farming area no attempt made to include any local ingredients. Wine served from screw top plastic bottles, no espresso, no credit cards. Service was brisk and friendly but at least one other server would have been helpful.

Obviously the locals will continue to patronize this establishment so little incentive for the owners to make any changes. But for a traveler looking for a good dining experience, best to keep moving.

We go once a month. They make awesome veal. The atmosphere is laid back and kid friendly. Make sure to RSVP because they are always busy.

First time visit to the place & we were pleasantly surprised. It was busy with their bar area & their takeout. The dining room was nice with plenty of space between the tables. Salad bar with two soups on it was included with dinners as well as warm italian bread. Mainly Italian menu but there were other options as well. Very clean and very friendly. Reasonably priced. We had chicken parm, lasagna, & a dessert with drinks for under $40 including a 20% tip. We will be returning soon.
