We love this place. One might consider it rustic charm. The property is set up with a main house, several motel style areas, a tavern, a pool, and lots of sports (basketball, volleyball, tennis, shuffle board, ping pong, horseshoes, etc.) We love to explore the trails to all the local waterfalls!

You package includes all your meals. This by far is my favorite! Everyone can just enjoy, no one needs to make/cook or BBQ food...it is awesome. The meals are excellent. There is no choice, but they sever typical American foods (roasted chicken, roast beef, roasted pork, picnic, etc) and its soooo good, just listen for the bell! oh and eggs to order for breakfast along with pancakes/French toast.

The tavern has nightly, family friendly activities. Game nights, karaoke, live bands...etc Honestly, our favorite thing is sitting on the back deck, listening to music, having a beer while chatting.

This is a great place to unwind. Hang out with family/friends. It's a simple vacation, back to basics.

We stayed here for our family reunion. We rented out most of the units, not one person in our group of almost 100 people had any complaints. We stayed in motel units 7 and 8. It was roomy and very CLEAN. It appears all rooms have air conditioning. The pool was nice, plenty of chairs and pool towels offered. Ping pong, shuffleboard, and other yard games for the kids. Waterfalls and swimming hole a short hike away. Room rates include breakfast lunch and dinner. The food was very good and plentiful. For those who do not wish to try what they are serving, you are allowed to order a substitute had a time such as a hotdog or chicken tenders. All of the food was VERY good. There is a tavern right on the property, karaoke one night, band another night. there is a tavern right on the property, karaoke one night, band another night.
I would love to hear from anyone where you can get such a nice clean room, wonderful food, great service, for a better price than this. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants to just get away and relax.
Decent wifi available at registration office and tavern.
Family run resort and their pride in the property is reflected.

Room Tip: Research your room location. Some rooms have a steep hill to get to, not good for elderly ..

My family just held our50thfamilyreunion here and it was wonderful. The accommodation are a bit rustic, but the food is home cooking family style. There is a tavern on the premises as well as softball field, tennis courts, and shuffleboard.
They also host specialty weekends. A hike to the falls is also a nice excursion.

Glen Falls House is my family's favorite vacation. My Grandson age 11 who has been to France, Germany, Scotland and Turks and Caicos to name a few says Glen Falls House is his very FAVORITE!! For many years we have family/friends reunion and we are never disappointed. We were very close to the original owners Ruch and Debbie ( who passed away after a long and courageous battle with cancer) we love and miss her. Rich, who is an outstanding handsome guy still lives close by and we try to visit him when we are there. Maria and her husband Rich took over the place and they are doing a fantastic job. The cook is as good as you could find and they are always updating the place. Its still my very favorite place also my Grandson's. See you in July.

This was our first time at the Glen Falls House and we will definitely be back. We have been visiting this part of the Catskills for many years but had never been there in the fall to see the foliage. When our regular resort was booked, I found Glen Falls. The owner, Maria, was so helpful and accommodating. She placed all my family members (married couple, older children and my mother) in rooms in the same hallway in their main house. The rooms were very comfortable and clean, heat worked well. The smell of bacon in the morning was so enticing! The meals were outstanding and the waitresses attentive and friendly. The "hub" of the resort is their tavern. Lots of fun activities going on there in the evenings from karaoke to horse racing. A pool table and video games kept us entertained. They also have ping pong, volleyball, horse shoes, handball and a baseball field on the premises. Lots of nice hiking trails nearby and the mountain view behind the resort is gorgeous as are the adjacent water falls. We will definitely be going back next year!

Room Tip: Main house rooms were comfortable and quiet.
