If cleanliness counts for your stay experience, opt out of this place. Wet washcloth in bathroom upon arrival. Bathroom floor dirty. Needed vacuuming badly. Tub needed repair. Beds made nicely! Breakfast just ok. Coffee awful. Room needed update and lots of areas of repair...drapes,bedding,electrical outlets. Staff very nice.
Will never stay there or another comfort Inn again.

This place was the closest pet friendly place off the interstate that we could find.

It's clean, well maintained and has a friendly staff.

A hot breakfast is offerred, but doesn't look very appealling, so I think we'll pass.

We recently stayed at the Greece location after the Henrietta Comfort Inn was booked. This is an excellent hotel. Right next to a Red Lobster restaurant and close by to many of the most popular eating establishments. Conveniently located right near the expressway and a large shopping mall. Very good, free morning breakfast. We will come back here again.

Very clean, furniture is bright orange and brown in the kng sized suite I rented with a friend of mine. We had two rooms, a bedroom, and a dining room. Flatscreen tv, wifi. If you smoke bring an e-cig b/c they don't allow smokers at all (plus the windows are welded shut) but it makes for a very nice clean smelling room which is important. The beds are very comfortable, felt like sleeping on clouds. They could use some jacuzzi tubs or hot tubs. Always an available room.

Room Tip: The second floor offers more privacy, less noise if you don't have someone upstairs above you walking around all night.

My family and I stood the night of Saturday October 9' 2015 at the Comfort Inn West in Greece New York. We usually stay at two [or more] hotels a month. When approaching the hotel we realized that there was no driving or passenger drive through lane in front of the hotel. We were met by a curb jutting out that was approximately 20 feet away from the front door of the hotel which makes it inconvenient for passengers getting out of a car especially in harsh weather. We rented a suite which was spacious enough but the "interior decorating" of the suite left a lot to be desired. The shelf that supported that television was at a 90 degree angle to the main king bed which means you could not watch television in bed UNLESS you moved the shelf UP and turned the television around to face the bed.
The LIGHTING was horrendous. 5 lamps in the suite and it was still very dim in the suite. A bright note was Jamie at the front desk who efficiously brought us another lamp and then later sheets for the pull out sofa. She was incredibly efficious and needs to be complimented for her attitude.
The rest of the night went pretty smooth. BREAKFAST is another story. We got to the cafe early. There were no eggs nor sausage there but we were told a 15 minute wait, so we waited. A woman came out about 15 minutes later and told those of us waiting that the eggs and sausage were ready. We did not run to get in line though we should have.By the time we got to the dishes which held the eggs and sausage all was gone. We asked one of the cafe people and they said "15 minute wait." AGAIN???? You mean no one thought to make an ample supply of eggs and sauages for hotels guests but rather a "little at a time????" This was CRAZY.The cafeteria staff could not keep up with the demand fro food.
All in all this hotel has logistical concerns that need to be addressed. We decided we would not stay again.
