Had the peach stuffed French toast. Delicious! Side of duck bacon. The bacon was different and tasty.

Maybe it's because I had terrible meals up to coming to Mad Hatter, but this place was excellent. Quiet, played music in the background. Cute atmosphere, very welcoming staff. They were able to accommodate a trade in food options, everything was delicious. I stayed around to read a book and they kept refilling my coffee.
Residing in an old house on Rochester's East Side, this is a charming place and great for Breakfast, which they stop serving late am. I had the most amazing banana pancakes that they make with vanilla custard so they are rich and fluffy. They give you a small bottle of locally made maple syrup that was awesome. I had a loose leaf Chai Tea that was exceptional. My daughter got the cinnamon glazed pancakes that tasted like a pastry. They brought her the big stack by mistake and she could only eat half of them. Really great food! My mouth is watering thinking about when I can get back!
No complaints at all. The sandwiches & salads are great. I had some very good tea and the desserts were awesome. ( I loved the ho ho cupcake and the chocolate crumb cake.) Servers were friendly and attentive. I will definitely return!
Met friends for a Saturday lunch. The place was very busy. Most had soup and sandwich or soup and salad. Portion size just right. Sandwich was ok. Soup was the star of the meal.
