After our original hotel closed we were moved to the sister hotel we were a little apprehensive but absolutely loved it, the staff were friendly and helpful, the food was some of the best we've had especially the snack bar at lunch they did the best chicken kebab wraps n fresh fish. The rooms and hotel are very clean and welcoming with a selection of shops, bowling alley, spa, gym & night club and various al a carte restaurants that sadly weren't open while we were there. Would recommend to any body just be aware this is a Russian/German hotel not many English only us,and for us the transfer time was a little long thnx Ann & Andy room 4414, 19th sept till 29th sept.

I stayed at the hotel 10 days in September. I come to Turkey each year since 2004 at least once a year.
It's different what is UAI on hotel site and what you get at the hotel leaflet.
Hotel is very dirty. Room clean when you require, food stands near the elevator are full all night. We found in the room carpet leftovers from previous guests.In our bathroom did not have soap for two days.
Food was below average for Turkey.
In the swimming pool are dressed women.Floor leading to the beach are very slippery.
The only great thing is the children's club and animation .Sasha and her colleagues are trying very hard with the kids and they are something that stays in the memory of this hotel.
