Out first dinner in Santorini was at Skala and it was a good choice. We loved the place despite busy and with many tables staff made the difference as all was very well organized, fast, proactive and attentive. View on the Caldera worths a stop here but also the food! We ordered Tzaziki it was well done without too much garlic. Moussaka was fantastic and came inside a little stone pan to keep the heat. Fried Tomato were simply amazing!!!!Very good.

Skala is located in the centre of Oia strip, and a great place to see the sunset. You cannot book, its first come first served. The food was not bad, though i did not enjoy my cod. The salmon and the vegetable soup was good. I would rate it as a middle to upper resteraunt.

Every time seems to be unbelievable. Almost several times there before we enjoy our dinners as it is the first time. Dinner with every sense and meaning!!!! We have tried many dishes of Skala and we are so delighted that we have to mention only our best!!
Τhe majestic view is a plus.

A must to all visitors in Oia, best local cuisine by far! Love the central location and view, cuisine is superb and service is excellent, I refer all my guests to enjoy their meal in Skala!

The restaurant is situated right on the Caldera overlooking the water and the volcano.
During a summer day it is very hot and the fans don't do much.
The food is ok but a bit overpriced which is more or less uderstandable concidering the location.
The staff is kind but very busy.
All in all, the food is a bit overpriced for what it is but you get very good views.
