I paid a total of 720 euros in advance, everything was fine. But unfortunately the world was affected by covid-19. I contacted the property requesting a refund, but they sent me a voucher valid until February 1, 2022. In the voucher contract, it said that if I did not use the voucher by the deadline, I could request a FULL REFUND OF THE VALUE . At that time, Covid was still bad for traveling, so I got in touch and requested a refund. Unfortunately, I sent NUMEROUS, several and several and several emails trying to contact the property, and until today, 02/07/2024, they haven't even responded to me. I come to publicly ask for help so that you can please return my money, I need it, it's my right, I'm not asking for anything more than the 720 euros I paid.
