“Terrible response and worse customer service.”

I pay extra for front of plane row seats. I am a very anxious flyer. Last night I took my seat - 9D. The flight filled in, people were sitting. The last people to board were a family. The mom walked up to me and asked me to take row 9, opposite isle window seat. I said that I selected this seat because I’m not comfortable sitting inside. She said that one of her two kids (11/12 - ish) was crying because she was uncomfortable sitting alone. I’m a mother, I felt EVERYONES eyes one me. I was, in turn, socially pressured to move.

I got up and moved. I ending up in the middle seat and flew home anxious/sick and uncomfortable the whole time.

Not one flight attendant shared a word of comfort. Nor offered any support to challenge the situation which caused me to move. It was difficult and frustrating.

I followed up with customer support today, asking for something to remedy this situation. I paid extra and in advance for my seat. I got nothing - just a “you are not required to move,” and yet, I was pressured to move. Again, not one flight attendant spoke to me about it, nor did they acknowledge the situation after.

I believe the flight attendants suggested to the family that they ask me. I believe they then watched me try to refuse and then proceeded to ignore the situation as I moved.

I am not happy with the flight, the flight attendants, or customer service at all. I am disappointed with their horrible response to my complaint and that speaks volumes to their quality of service. I will not be flying with them going forward.

Although I've always been a fan of JetBlue, I recently discovered that you have no plan for people with Alzheimer's. I selected special services for my sister, yet I had to do all the work. ROC wasn't bad, but JFK was awful! They had no wheelchair and placed us in the last seat on the plane! My sister was scared and confused moving down the aisle. Although I told the woman at the gate about it, she blew me off, as did her supervisor. I tried to contact someone on your website, but have yet to receive a response.
Step up, JetBlue! 50% of the population will be over 50 soon and will not use your airlines unless you understand aging. Very disappointed.

I travel often with jet blue, last week I had the pleasure of meeting Miss.Israel. That works for the wheelchair services with jet blue, her smile was heart warming, the gesture made before taking me to my stop was highly appreciated. Most of the times the employees only smile after receiving a tip from me . Israel was different . Thank You Jet Blue

They treated me like gum on the bottom of their shoe. I'm autistic and had a meltdown because everything kept going wrong I was treated like a roach or something on the bottom of their shoe because I was crying and generally having a meltdown. I almost missed the flight because I kept getting passed around at no point did someone take 2 seconds to stop and help me or properly direct me. Plus with all the extra fees (security and baggage) I could have literally flown first class for the same price. Garbage airline. Used to be good but now service and leg room are spirit esque but they still charge a premium. Will avoid flying again at all costs.

Do not take this airline! The customer service experience was the worst I’ve ever dealt with to include online chat on the phone and at the ticket desk in the airport absolutely terrible
