My wife is in a wheelchair, she needed an aisle chair to get off the plane, so we had to be the last ones off. We were late for our connecting flight, the video board said "doors closing". The captain overheard me say that, so he accompanied us to our next gate to make sure we got on. He didn't have to do that, but I sure appreciated it. I just wanted to say thanks. This was on Saturday 11/2 at about 9:00pm at JFK, we were late coming in from Aruba and needed to catch a flight to Syracuse.

Very bad experience!We are flying from JFK to RSW today (11/02/2024)! When I walked into the lane for security check, three of their employees yelled to me said I had to get out from the line since my bag is oversized. But it could fit the bag measure space very well! They didn’t let me finish the measurement and just yelled to me said I have to buy the checked bag. Also, when I and my dad was boarding, the ladies’ attitudes was awful. My dad moved a little bit slow since his age, the lady just repeated: Oh my gosh! Oh my gosh! And didn’t help at all! We did not impactany one. I don’t know if she just wanted to show her feeling of superiority? I felt so offended! JetBlue! Do you really have any services???

Spent $3500 on Mint seats only to learn after take off that our seats had a broken part and didn't lie flat. That's the only reason we purchased them. The attendant said JetBlue was aware but sold me this seat anyway. Sought compensation but told they'd only give me $100 and"considered the case closed". I'll be filing complaints with everyone. They knowingly sold me a faulty product. I've flown with them for years- never again!

My email to JetBlue

I booked a flight with JetBlue several months ago. I also secured my seats. 1 aisle and 1 middle seat so that my girl friend who had a back injury could set next to each other. I checked in the night before and my seats were confirmed. I then found out by looking at my printed ticket at the airport that our seats had been changed. Not even close to each other. I contacted your help at Logan was told the flight was full and the plane had been changed. They made a minor seat change and told me I would have to negotiate a seat change with the person sitting between us even though I had booked the flight and seats months before. I asked for a supervisor who was of no help. I boarded the plane and was told all of the entertainment systems didn't work. We had no entertainment for the entire flight 6 hours. No compensation was offered. I then counted 7 empty seats on the flight so I was lied to by your help staff and they could have switched people around. Worst flight ever. Don't know if I will ever fly with JetBlue again Flight 1587 Oct 26, 2024

I was treated very rudely by Mojave at the check-in counter. She totally ignored me although I was first in line in business class and kept on servicing economy class tickets. Very obnoxious and unpleasant business class service. They need to train for customer service!
