I recently flew from FLL to SDQ, and it was hands down one of the worst experiences I’ve had with an airline. First, Diamond, the gentleman scanning our documents, was incredibly rude and unprofessional. He even tried to intimidate an elderly lady who was confused about the boarding process, raising his voice instead of offering assistance. It was uncomfortable to witness, and no one should be treated that way.
But that wasn’t the end of the poor customer service. Another staff member, a lady at the door handling our carry-on luggage, was equally unprofessional. She had no name tag, so I couldn’t even identify her. She seemed annoyed and rushed, tossing passengers’ bags aside without any care or consideration. When passengers asked questions, she responded with a dismissive attitude, making it clear she didn’t want to be bothered. Her lack of courtesy and complete disregard for customer service was appalling.
This airline has really taken a nosedive in quality, to the point that it’s worse than Frontier. Between Diamond’s aggressive behavior and this other employee’s careless attitude, I’ll definitely be looking elsewhere for my future flights. If you want a smooth, respectful experience, avoid this airline.
