My email to JetBlue
I booked a flight with JetBlue several months ago. I also secured my seats. 1 aisle and 1 middle seat so that my girl friend who had a back injury could set next to each other. I checked in the night before and my seats were confirmed. I then found out by looking at my printed ticket at the airport that our seats had been changed. Not even close to each other. I contacted your help at Logan was told the flight was full and the plane had been changed. They made a minor seat change and told me I would have to negotiate a seat change with the person sitting between us even though I had booked the flight and seats months before. I asked for a supervisor who was of no help. I boarded the plane and was told all of the entertainment systems didn't work. We had no entertainment for the entire flight 6 hours. No compensation was offered. I then counted 7 empty seats on the flight so I was lied to by your help staff and they could have switched people around. Worst flight ever. Don't know if I will ever fly with JetBlue again Flight 1587 Oct 26, 2024
