My email to JetBlue

I booked a flight with JetBlue several months ago. I also secured my seats. 1 aisle and 1 middle seat so that my girl friend who had a back injury could set next to each other. I checked in the night before and my seats were confirmed. I then found out by looking at my printed ticket at the airport that our seats had been changed. Not even close to each other. I contacted your help at Logan was told the flight was full and the plane had been changed. They made a minor seat change and told me I would have to negotiate a seat change with the person sitting between us even though I had booked the flight and seats months before. I asked for a supervisor who was of no help. I boarded the plane and was told all of the entertainment systems didn't work. We had no entertainment for the entire flight 6 hours. No compensation was offered. I then counted 7 empty seats on the flight so I was lied to by your help staff and they could have switched people around. Worst flight ever. I was treated very rudely by Mojave at the check-in counter. She totally ignored me although I was first in line in business class and kept on servicing economy class tickets. Very obnoxious and unpleasant business class service. They need to train for customer service!

I recently flew from FLL to SDQ, and it was hands down one of the worst experiences I’ve had with an airline. First, Diamond, the gentleman scanning our documents, was incredibly rude and unprofessional. He even tried to intimidate an elderly lady who was confused about the boarding process, raising his voice instead of offering assistance. It was uncomfortable to witness, and no one should be treated that way.

But that wasn’t the end of the poor customer service. Another staff member, a lady at the door handling our carry-on luggage, was equally unprofessional. She had no name tag, so I couldn’t even identify her. She seemed annoyed and rushed, tossing passengers’ bags aside without any care or consideration. When passengers asked questions, she responded with a dismissive attitude, making it clear she didn’t want to be bothered. Her lack of courtesy and complete disregard for customer service was appalling.

This airline has really taken a nosedive in quality, to the point that it’s worse than Frontier. Between Diamond’s aggressive behavior and this other employee’s careless attitude, I’ll definitely be looking elsewhere for my future flights. If you want a smooth, respectful experience, avoid this airline.

Booked round trip ticket for December 2024 price went down one way they say have to cancel whole ticket an rebook when one way more an other way less best to book one way ticket so they don’t cheat the customer or look at another airline that give better customer service then want charge $25 over phone to do when can’t change one way just waste my time on phone an email them been traveling many years with them very disappointed to see declined over years

Tried to book a flight using points , found my seat went to pay & JB said seat was no longer available..

Went back in same seat was 3600 points more for no reason Jet Blue is stealing from it’s customers
