The trick you with a decent priced ticket but then try to charge you $90 to pick a seat . Then when you choose to not pay that ridiculous amount , they force you to check your carry on when there is PLENTY of overhead space . Boo,,, won’t ever stray from southwest again!!

Both times I have booked with JetBlue my chosen itinerary was changed to something much different than what I had booked, leaving me scrambling to make other arrangements at the last minute. The first time I was issued a travel credit for my 7 hour delayed flight. I used this credit to book a second trip which they then changed to something drastically different and no longer met my needs (my original booking was an evening direct flight and they changed it to an all day with multiple layovers). The travel credit got refunded to my account but now it expires in 5 days and they refuse to extend it. Only 5 days to book another flight or lose my money altogether! When I contacted customer service to ask to have my credit extended, I got an outright NO from their agent, Maria. I then requested to have my question escalated to a manager or supervisor I got a flat out "NO, managers do not talk to customers". Not even an "I'm sorry I'll see what we can do" just a flat out NO. Now I am being held hostage to either book another flight that I don't need within 5 days or lose all of the money that was in my travel bank. Terrible customer service. Terrible reliability in their scheduling. Terrible treatment of their clients. Do NOT book with them. Go anywhere else and save yourself a lot of grief.

Horrible experience, they cancelled our flight and got rebooked for the next day evening, got a terrible motel and we had to check out at 12pm when our flight was not until 7pm. We did not get any compensation because of it and costumer service was not helpful or spoke understandable English, they expected us to eat with 12$ each. Never again

Horrific once and for alll I have give a number of chances and opportunities Janet at the gate RUDE and Kevin on the flight well let’s just say, my mother taught me if you don’t have anything nice to say don’t say anything. So Kevin I have a ZERO for you

Once again, JetBlue has given me the worst service l have ever experienced.Left my home at 350am for a 615 flight.Took off at 838 am ,missed my connection.At 530 pm I was still in JFK trying to get a hotel.They didn't even feed me,and the next flight was at 6 am the following day.No sleep for 2 days,lost a day at the hotel,had to pay 70 dollars for a cab.Jetblue is consistently the worst airline in America.
