We have been going to dinner at Ship to Shore for a few consecutive years to celebrate our anniversary. Normally very good, but the last few years, not as satisfied. This year we were less satisfied. First, we asked for a quiet table and they put us behind the wait staff area, so all we heard was banging dishes all night. The radio was also on in that area and louder than it needed to be. As far as the food, it was fine as far as taste, however my wife ordered a half rack of lamb and basically got 2 ribs with very little meat on them (maybe the size of a quarter), so not worth the price. Their process has a waiter take the order and someone else deliver the food, which could be fine, except we had very little interaction with the waiter. In fact, we each only had one drink since we could not get his attention to order a second drink. The dessert and coffee were fine. Personally I think the place is over priced based on the portions and the service. Not sure we will continue our yearly dinners there unless we hear of changes.
