The hotel room was just OK, We had a room for one night & there was cereal in the air conditioner & the toilet looked pretty beat up.. But I must say it was the nicest & friendliest staff I have ever encountered ever. The waitresses that served on the morning of 8/25/2018 were a true pleasure, you can tell that they really love working for the hotel. I was so impressed with the whole staff and I have traveled a lot. This was a hotel I needed to get my son to college. A surprise to be treated so nice.

Thank you for taking time sharing your experience and the nice overall score. We appreciate the compliments of our entire Staff and our Hotel. It was a beautiful week meeting many Parents like yourself dropping their kids off for school. It is so nice to hear that you travel a lot and we Wow'd you with our service. We will be looking into ensuring better cleanliness and sincerely apologize for this. It is great that our hotel is convenient to the schools and hope that you will stay with us again soon visiting the kids. Thank you for giving us an opportunity in the future and look forward to your next arrival. Thank you for choosing our hotel.

We booked this hotel through Priceline for a quick overnight on our recent road trip.

Everything is fine except we were informed upon checking in that breakfast is no longer free for people who book their rooms through Priceline.

We had to pay $10.00, which was not the end of the world, but the hotel should get its story straight. From the sounds of things, there seems to be some tension between the hotel and internet booking sites.

Room Tip: Be sure to clarify their breakfast policy

Thank you for choosing our hotel and sharing your experience. We know changes in operations is difficult and due to the brand standards, we are no longer allowed to offer "complimentary" breakfast. There are different rates available for breakfast to be included in the stays. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and confusion of the breakfast and hope it will not deter you from staying with us again in the future. Please visit our website for the best available rate directly at IHG.com to ensure you book a room that includes breakfast. We appreciate you taking time to bring this to our attention and appreciate having you as our Guest. We look forward to your next arrival.

Hoped to get a good night’s sleep here after a long drive up from NYC to send our son off to R.I.T. Room 326 is apparently situated near some vibrating motor venting sound in the wall between the bathroom and the bedroom wall as wall as rumbling beneath the floor and bed. The front desk was totally uninterested and uncooperative in even investigating the issue, other than to say that the hotel was sold out and they would “make a note”. This left me with zero options and a less than restful night.

Thank you for staying with us and sharing your experience. We appreciate your valuable feedback and sincerely apologize for the lack of sleep. Our goal is to ensure all our Guests have an excellent experience and will be looking into resolution of the vent noise. Due to no other rooms available, we had no options and also sincerely apologize for not being able to change your room. We strive on trying to make things right when Guests are here and unfortunately, we had no chance on this one due to inventory. Please come stay with us again and see a difference in your stay. This is not normal and maybe even request a lower floor room to avoid this in the future. Thank you for choosing our hotel.

Could use some updates. The elevator was barely big enough to accommodate the luggage cart and 2 people. The room was clean and quiet, although quite fast from the elevator. The redeeming factor was the free breakfast each morning. Hot coffee at the table, hot buffet, and most pleasant of all, the staff. They were attentive and friendly even when the restaurant was full. The small Mexican restaurant attached had very good food and the bar attendant was great.

Thank you for taking time sharing your recent experience. We appreciate your valuable feedback and happy to let you know that we will be starting our renovations to our Guestrooms and Hallways in Mid-October. It is great to know that our all our Staff was pleasant and appreciate the compliments of our breakfast buffet as well. We apologize for the size of one of the elevators and do have a bigger one available as well more in the center of hotel. Thank you for choosing our hotel and being our Guest. Please come back soon to see the difference after we remodel. We look forward to your next arrival.

This was the first one I've stayed at that limit you to only 2 drinks at their social hour. Most of them allow you to have 3 drinks. They snacks for the social hour was very limited. Looked at the menu for dinner for the hotel bar and the menu was very limited, so I decided to go next door for dinner. The equipment in the exercise room needs some work done, one of the treadmills didn't work. None of the TV's on the treadmills worked at all. The king room was very tight, not sure how they consider it a king room, besides it had a king bed, but hardly any room to walk around the bed!

Thank you for sharing your recent experience with a nice score. We apologize that we offer 2 drinks with some snacks and understand other hotels do things different. We will be changing our menu within a few months. We apologize for the inconvenience of our fitness equipment not working properly, but did check and see that all the machines tvs do work. We are happy for the compliment of being a very nice hotel and is very appreciated. Thank you for staying with us and choosing our hotel. Please come again soon!
