My daughter and I just stayed at the inn while touring William Smith college, so only a one night stay. Despite our very limited time, Theresa and Dave took the time to get to know us and packed a lot of important local info into our conversations. We loved our (spotlessly clean and spacious room, breakfast was perfect and the inn is very close to the school. And we stayed in William Smith's house, how great is that?
