We were staying in this hotel during a trade show because we were not willing to pay the $500/night hotel rate in the city. It is definitely worth the drive to/from Wolfsburg which is about 45 minutes.
The hotel is old however it is spacious and clean. It is close to railroad crossing but didn't bother me much. Downstairs there is a bar and small restaurant which serves pretty good Jaegerschnitzel.
There is also a bowling alley if you are interested.
We had a pretty large bed for one person and the bathroom was pretty large as well.
Breakfast was complimentary and typical German breakfast which is always good.
Room TV was quite small but didn't bother me because we get back late and leave very early for the show every day. So not much time to watch TV. It has several English language channels which is good.More
