Suzanne was very accommodating. She shared some great stories along with providing beneficial information about the local wineries, breweries, and distilleries. Breakfast was phenomenal (and so we're the cookies).

The house itself was very nice. The majority of it was original, along with a few upgrades. Lots of photos of the original home owners and local glassware are present throughout the home.

Next time we are up, we will definitely stay again!

Stayed during the Wineglass Marathon Weekend. Suzanne was a wonderful host providing great insights and tips during our stay, providing a great breakfast, and treating us very well the morning of the marathon and afterwards as we moved slowly back after the run. The house is a well decorated 1855 era home with very nice rooms, quiet, well maintained, and nicely appointed. We will be back to visit.

Came in noticed an overwhelming smell of Frebreeze. Staff were nice, room was clean. As with any B n B you are taking a chance because it's up to the owner to do as they want. Room was nice, a touch musty but nice. Overall it wasn't a bad experience.

Suzanne S, Owner/Innkeeper at Rosewood Inn, responded to this reviewResponded 8 September 2016

Febreze is an added fragrance used in many cleaning products. We use a product called “Swiffer Wet Sweeper with Febreze” to clean all our tile floors, especially the entrance hallway. If a guest informs us that they have certain sensitivities or allergies, we will always take measures to insure their comfort. We pride ourselves in pampering every guest. I believe every Innkeeper does. That is why we say B&B’s are “A Better Way to Stay!’

Rosewood Inn should definitely be your lodging of choice when in Corning! The innkeeper, Suzanne, was a marvel--she anticipated our every need--and I'm not an easy guest! I have a number of food allergies which make life complicated, yet she carefully composed a splendid breakfast with lots of delicious and healthy components. Our room was comfortable and spacious. We even had a large kitchenette with a fridge, sink and microwave. The inn is conveniently located near all the sites and excellent restaurants. Suzanne was a great source of information about the best places to dine. Altogether, we had a wonderful stay and highly recommend the Rosewood Inn.

Room tip: All the rooms appear to be quiet, the inn is on a quiet street.

What an amazing stay at the Rosewood! The Inn is STUNNING! Beautiful home, beautiful rooms, and simply incredible hospitality from Suzanne. We were welcomed not like guests but instead like family and were very well pampered throughout our stay. Our room (#5) was impeccable. Breakfast was very tasty and included fresh fruits, fresh muffins, sweet bread, Greek yogurt, and an Egg Bake entree that was to die for! If you're in the area and need a place to stay look no further--this is the destination you need to choose!
