A beautiful ride just about 2 hours from our home. We enjoyed a really nice mimosa brunch and received a gift bag full of goodies and tickets to the Museum. Definitely worth the $30 ticket price. We met so many interesting people with stories to share about their time on that historic weekend. The Museum is a trip back in time; a study of the 1960s and the events and cultural climate leading up to the 3 days of peace, love, and music. Our guide was so knowledgeable and members of our tour shared some amazing stories as well.

We were originally at the concert 47 years ago. Great to relive music history but the accompanying exhibits remind us about all the events that made it possible. Tours are well organized and docents are very knowledgeable but they won't part with info about
the 50th anniversary!

We love the vibe of the area. It's hard to imagine that many people gathered in such a small spot. Lots of cool places to visit nearby.

All you ever needed to know about the Woodstock Festival and more. All the music in multiple videos and long presentations of the three day event. Old records and costumes of the time. A history of how it came to be on Yasgur’s farm and how it became free and how the local community helped out. And all the social events of the tumultuous 60’s. You see it all in less than two hours. And there’s an outdoor monument at the location of the actual site which is behind the current stage and lawn. Best of all…no mud.
