The only problem I saw, was the breakfast items were cool instead of hot. Made for not so good breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful when asked for assistance. I would stay again if the breakfast gets cleaned up.

Las Vegas is a normal stop for us and this was a first time in this facility. The room was what we expected and appeared clean upon entering. But we kept stepping on pieces of Cheetos! How do you vacuum a room and miss these in numerous places?

The breakfast was below par for the breakfasts furnished in hotels... and our expectations were not high.

Thank you for your review. There is a new breakfast attendant and the young lady who had cleaned your room is no longer with us. Still there is no excuse for not meeting and exceeding your expectations. Please give us another chance and I believe you will be pleased.

Check in was fast and pain free! The clerk was knowledgeable on area “best places to eat”. Rooms were very clean! And anything extra we needed the desk clerk had! Swimming pool was clean, breakfast was great! The hostess was very friendly and nice, stocking and keeping up with guest demands and wants,

We recently stayed here on a driving trip through NM and CO. We selected this hotel on the basis of the TA reviews and for the charged rate I guess I expected more in terms of decor, furnishings and overall physical condition. The room was quiet and the bed comfortable, but the breakfast was less than average as there were some items out of stock and a lack of adequate seating in the dining room.

Thank you for your review. The dining room seats 56 people comfortably. The hotel has just gone through a major refurbishing. I am not certain what we were missing that you expected?

We just spent two nights at this location after staying at a Best Western Plus elsewhere that was amazing. This hotel leaves MUCH to be desired and I doubt I will return.
The first night, when we arrived, we discovered one of the room darkening curtains wasn't wide enough to cover the window. After the front desk coming up to "check"...which translates to "you clearly don't know how to use curtains" we got a different room. In this room, the fan selector on the AC didn't work, so we had to set it to 64 to keep it from cycling on and off every 2 minutes. (Never got to 64 in the room).
The next day, arriving back to the room we discover the AC now doesn't cycle at all!! Again front desk wants to come "check". Apparently we don't know how to use AC either. He then reports that maintenance isnt there...so sorry.
Thankfully, maintenance somehow miraculously appeared and had to change out our AC. But even that one didn't really work.
We were supposed to stay four days...decided to move after two. The staff at this hotel is wonderful, but they are struggling with a building that really needs help!

Thank you for your review. We replaced the AC with a fairly new one. The units do cycle on and off to keep rooms at the temperature guests want them at. We have maintenance on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We did replace the black out curtains as one of our staff members put the wrong size one in this room. We are sorry for the inconveniences you encountered during your stay.
