The Dusit Princess hqd polit staff most of whom spoke fluent English. Check in was efficient, the restaurant buffet dinner was good, but a little on the expensive side I thought. The bar and loung had excellent staff and very good music, but the decor was a little generic. The rooms were bigger than averaga, and well taken care of. I would definitely stay here again.

If you like peaceful clean place , this hotel is for you .
Breakfast around swimming pool in the morning , good food both Thai food and international.

My Thai girlfriend, her daughter and myself stayed one night in this hotel on my way back to Bangkok. As she is a government official she got a 10% discount on the hotel rate. Staff was very friendly and we were offered a welcome drink in the reception area. The room was big enough for the three of us, had all amenities one needed and was impeccably clean. Since we were all rather tired, we had dinner in the room. Room service was quick and the food was great, although a bit pricey. Before dinner we had a swim in the pool. It is a nice pool, but not for young children as there is no shallow side to it. Breakfast was great with lots of choice, both Asian and European style.

We stayed 2 nights in February 2012 using the hotel as a base to visit Phimai. We had a junior suite which was very comfortable, bedlinen, towels and bathroom amenities were excellent. We did not use the pool so cannot comment on it. Breakfast was ok but not great, and we did not like our dinner at the Chinese restaurant. The staff at reception is very kind but on the useless side, we asked for the telephone number of a restaurant called "Cabbages & Condoms", nobody had heard about it and I had to insist that they search Google to find it which they eventually did ! Food at C&C was excellent, highly recommended. The Thai massage was very good.

I agree with most posts about this hotel, great standard, clean, delightful staff. Buffet breakfast was the usual thai offering, asian food as well as egg station, and the usual un appetizing meat products floating in water for western style. Thailand give me bacon please!!!
