We stayed at Bracha Villas in June. The location was great as only a short stroll to Eat Street. The villa was clean and tidy and only needed a little maintenance on the deck outside. The bed was large and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was fine with lots of choices. For what we paid it was good value for money for those on a budget and having breakfast & hotel transfer included was an added bonus.

PERFECT location, walk down the laneway less than 5 minutes and you are on Eat Street, it is also diretcly behind a massive mini mart that also sells wine ! 10 min walk to Seminyak square, also handy is right near La Favela if you're planning on being out late. Lovely cheap and cheerful spa called Chiara is 2 min walk and Happy Chappy ( great food ) is directly opposite.
Villa its self is MASSIVE, pictures do not do it justice. Very modern with polished concrete and render style finishes. Pool area was great and there was lots of nice touches like the floating food/drink tray and outdoor shower.
There is filtered water cooler in kitchen which is great to not constantly worry about buying additional bottled water each day to the complimentary bottles.
Staff were lovely, Helped my Friend decorate the Villa for my Birthday.
Only thing I would suggest needs improving as a few other people have mentioned is the dim lighting in bathroom made it hard to do makeup :)

A girlfriend and I stayed at Bracha Villas for 6 nights, it was our first time visiting Bali. The Villa was spacious and the private pool was a treat. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast included was very nice, there was a variety of food and was delivered to our room and set up on time each day. Bracha is situated in a great location, on a quiet street away from the loud hustle and bustle, but also within a few minutes walk to great cafes and Seminyak Village Shopping Mall. For a short taxi ride you'll find yourself in the markets of Legian or Beaches and Beach Clubs. Our rooms were serviced daily without any issues and the pillows were very comfortable. Our only downfall was the hot water wasn't very strong so it would almost feel like each shower was a cold shower. The lighting in the villa was very dim, although it created a cosy ambience at times it was hard to see what you're doing for example reading and putting on make up was a struggle. Other than that our stay was lovely and the staff were very welcoming.

Room was beautiful with pretty modernized interior & private pools, villa location is pretty convenient too. However, the villa was filled with a lot of ants. Apart from the room and location itself there really isn't much else that's worth staying. Breakfast was really bad, we only had it on the first day and decided no more. Hot water pressure takes sometime to heat up due to them using the gas and not electric. Make up room services is a joke, they basically just fold your blankets and clear your plates, necessities like the shower gel and shower cap etc wasn't topped up. Services it's just really normal, special mention to this lady manik who works the front desk, I've never met any hotel staff that's as unfriendly as her and I believe the attitude of each different hotel staff would make a huge lot of difference to our impression of the stay too. For the price we paid, there's so much more better options villa available, will not recommend.

We were so excited to be staying at Bracha villas because of the pictures that were portrayed to us.
Such a disappointment!
- The shower drain was filled with hair (attached photo) this caused the shower to flood and out into the bathroom.
- the taps in both the bathroom sinks were broken so this caused the water to spray out in all directions except for the normal tap direction. Because of this it flooded all over the vanity (see pictures attached)
- on our first night once night fell we found ourselves in pitch black darkness outside. We went to the reception and asked why. The maintenance came and opened up the deck and turned on the lights. We saw that one of main lights was blown. They stated that they would fix it the following day. Four days later it was still not fixed.
- at Bracha you have your breakfast served in your villa which is lively. A few hours later they come and collect it. We found that this was just put outside the main entrance to the villa for the ants (see picture attached)
- there is no door between bathroom/bedroom sadly and this is something I have never seen before. It was quite uncomfortable.
- there was no stereo, sound system available to use inside the villa. There was an iPod dock for an iPod4 but no cords, not even an AUX.
- there are two glass doors into the house. Only one was opening and on the one not opening the rubber had peeled right off.
- the pool over the few days had accumulated leaves from the trees above and it would've been nice for the cleaners to clean it. We had to instead.
-the bed was comfortable.
- breakfast was delicious.
- location is great, off to main road slightly so you are in a quiet area but close enough to walk to the main area.
