Due to COVID -19 our flights to Bali were cancelled. We contacted all the properties that we had booked and they were all so gracious and understanding giving full refunds. Luna 2 refused to even refund 50% they offered us to rebook within the next year instead!! I would not rebook or ever stay in a place that puts profits above customer service and the health of its clientele.

Wow. This delivers on every level.
Staff are amazing. Attentive, friendly and personable.
Rooms are huge! Spacious and have everything you need. Kitchen, bath, separate shower, air con, big balcony, iPods and iPads. Everything!
Pool is great and not overused.
Only 14 rooms so the hotel is never crowded.
Rooftop bar is great for sunsets and the food - amazing!
Would definitely recommend.

What a gem of a hotel. Several times cheaper than any of the other beach hotels in Seminyak, with huge rooms, fantastic and helpful staff, beautiful large pool and great food. Our studio was really big, with incredibly quiet and efficient central air-conditioning system, lovely bathroom and beautiful views over the ocean and sunset. The balconies were enormous as well! We loved the breakfast and the staff was the most helpful we encountered anywhere in Bali. The only thing we did not like is that we only found this hotel at the very end of our 2-month stay in Bali: otherwise we would have probably spent our entire time here ;).

Luna2 is a great little boutique hotel with quirky 1970s retro decor. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. The staff were exceptional - After the second day, they knew who we were on a name basis - possibly because there are only 14 rooms. Even so, you still feel very welcomed and the staff provided interesting insights to Seminyak, without being too in your face.
The only thing stopping the 5 star rating was the location. While it is very close to the beach, it is still a bit of a walk or taxi ride to the main shopping area and restaurants / bars in Seminyak (Seminyak Square). There didn't seem to be a lot of taxis near the hotel either.
Tip - if you order a taxi to pick you up from the hotel, they charge a minimum 30 000 Rp fare regardless of how far you travel. Taxis off the street charged between 10 000 and 15 000 to hotel from Seminyak Square

Luna 2 was a very different type of hotel to the usual type we stay in Bali but if you embrace the difference, you will love it. The location is great if you are walkers as so close to the beach and walking distance to Eat St. The staff are so eager to please and the food is good

The rooms are very spacious, decor is fun, and the bathrooms are great. The service is excellent. The rooms come with a free breakfast, which is very good. It is very close to the beach, so the location is great. I will definitely go back to this hotel.
