Due to COVID -19 our flights to Bali were cancelled. We contacted all the properties that we had booked and they were all so gracious and understanding giving full refunds. Luna 2 refused to even refund 50% they offered us to rebook within the next year instead!! I would not rebook or ever stay in a place that puts profits above customer service and the health of its clientele.
