We had a freakin amazing time here. We showed up when it opened (to make sure we got a spot) and stayed until sunset in one of the front lounge beds. Amazing service, amazing food & drinks, amazing atmosphere. We would've come back and done it again and again if we didn't have to leave the next day (it's so affordable we could've actually afforded to do that lol). It's the perfect place to relax, be waited on, be on the beach, drink & eat whatever you want and have a great time!!

Great place for many reasons and for many types of people. You can loll here by the pool and close to the waves. You can eat pub style food from your day bed and the surroundings are beautiful. The building has been constructed out of old shutters and doors, recycled to form beautiful weathered walls and at the moment at the front are two enormous sculptures, one a pyramid from discarded water bottles, the other a tidal wave of discarded rubber thongs. The vibe suggests a place where art is valued and where people care about the insidious effects of tourism on this pristine environment and make us question our role in this.
My daughter and I had lunch in the upstairs restaurant which serves only Indonesian food. Delicious and well priced and as usual happy staff proud of what they were offering us. Lovely breeze and view from this room too.

Most underwhelming experience I've had in Bali.

The cocktails are really weak/tasteless (in terms of taste and strength) making it a challenge to even get a lil tipsy.. but don't worry because the music will dull your senses as it will send you to sleep.

On a side note, the service is pretty good but everything else is just meh. Overpriced and definitely not worth the hype.
