The hotel is situated on a hill on a tight corner with one-way streets so it’s a little weird getting in and out of the immediate area. Breakfast was terrible. Standard mass-produced food for the masses with imitation or cheap eggs, fatty salty sausage and bacon, and stale bagels. Coffee was thinner than 7-11 coffee and waffles were very typical. The shuttle is great, though. It takes you to Secaucus train station, but just be sure to stop at the front desk to reserve a time for both departure and pickup. And it's not a big deal to change your time during the day if needed.

It can be very noisy outside with sounds of traffic and sirens, as the area is a mix of commercial, industrial, and residential. Comfortable beds, clean rooms, and a nice big shower. Front desk staff is very helpful and cleaning service did a good job. Overall a good deal and our stay was acceptable for a 4-night trip to visit NYC, but I just didn't care for the part of town and the crummy breakfast.

We stayed at this property during a visit to New York City. The hotel is newer and has nice rooms - good layout, fridge, microwave, comfortable beds, nice bathroom, clean. There is a good breakfast, with free parking and free Wi-Fi. In room LCD TV with a good selection of channels. They offer a shuttle to local areas like the Seacaucus Train station. They however only leave every hour (7AM, 8AM, etc) and you have to reserve a seat in advance. There is only one shuttle and space is limited to 10 persons. Depending on the front desk person we spoke to, we could reserve the day of or the day before - it wasn't consistent. Picking up is more of a hassle. You have to call the hotel and request a pick up. Again, depending on the front desk person you speak to, the answer varies. For a six night stay, several of the nights we called and were told the shuttle was full or we didn't call far enough in advance. One night, while we were considering options to get back, the shuttle showed up after they said it was no longer running. Best advice - call early.

Room Tip: Request a high room on the east side to see the Manhattan skyline.

Great hotel. Area is a bit rough though. Hard to get in and out of. Parking lot is secure. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. We would stay there again.
Easy to get to the Lincoln tunnel from this hotel to get to the city.

Wonderful place to stay, so glad we found it. Clean, friendly staff, complimentary breakfast, free parking and complimentary hotel shuttle to Secaucus Junction that is a 10-15 ride into Penn Station! We had a great stay here and would definitely stay here again!

Enjoyed staying here. The hotel is very clean. Staff very friendly. The area is OK. Stayed here on a week-end to visit NYC. It's within driving distance (10 minutes) from Park & Ride. From there took bus 320 (20 minutes to Port Authority). Park & Ride ticket including round-trip to NYC is $10 for the driver with parking (less for senior citizen). For your passengers buy separate tickets (about $6.50 for adults and less for seniors and children).
