We were here for 2 nights for a birthday party. Our room was clean. The view of NYC was good from our room. The hotel is fairly quiet. The front desk is courteous and professional. We arrived early but Robert took our luggage and we were able to get a few things done before our room was ready. They do have a 4pm check in so I truly understand when they don't have rooms available. I did the early check in and I chose a room on the 8th floor. The view was great. They have an indoor swimming pool. The exercise room is next to the swimming pool. The computer room is also across from the exercise room. The Bistro and Starbucks are on the 1st level. The shuttle to and from the airport runs every 15 minutes which is great! The location for pickup is easy to find. The breakfast buffet is reasonable. Robert proved to be very helpful during our stay. He provided us with information on the most convenient way to get to NYC. He help with shuttle information and even took the time to show us where they dining room area is. Very helpful.

Room Tip: rooms on the north side provide views of NYC.

Stayed two nights at this hotel. Room was large and comfortable. Did notice that there was no fridge or safe though, which would have been appreciated. Had the breakfast included package which was of a fairly good quality. Was impressed by the customer service at this hotel. All staff we had dealings with,including managers/supervisors, were always asking if everthing was Ok and if we wanted anything. No problems with the shuttle to and from the airport as waited no longer than 7 minutes. Will definitely stay at this hotel again.

My sister and I stayed here before our cruise. We took the shuttle to the hotel, we had to wait for a room, since we got in before 12. The lobby was really nice and we did not mind relaxing in the area. When we got to the room, it was clean and nice. The room looked updated, but the bathroom was not. However all the plumbing worked fine, so we were fine with it. Room was quiet and restful.
As a diamond member I was able to take advantage of the executive lounge which was very nice, food both evening happy hour and breakfast were good. The hotel does offer a bus to the cruise terminal for $20 a person. Granted you could take an Uber for much less, but we liked the convenience and that it dropped us off at the correct port access. They also were well organized in getting the luggage on and off, A very good stay.

Had a terrible experience with transportation from airport and check in experience! We were senior travelers with lots of luggage. Arrived at airport and struggled with finding the pick up area. We carried all our luggage to air trans area and found the hotel pick up area. Arrived at pick up area to find 100+ travelers waiting for various hotel vans. When the Hilton van arrived about 30 people grabbed their luggage and dashed for one of the 12 seats. It took several tries to catch a van. I recommend catching a cab for the short trip if you arrive at a busy time.
Finally arrived at the hotel to find a long line hoping for a early check in. I was hoping that my Hilton Honors would help but they mean nothing at this hotel. I noticed that some people ahead of me were getting rooms and some were being asked to wait. I was told to come back in a couple of hours.....no offer to call when room was ready or to help with luggage. A traveling companion without Hilton Honors arrived about 20 minutes later and was immediately assigned a room. I returned to desk to inquire again and was immediately assigned a room. I noticed that I was not assigned to a Hilton Honors floor and no help with luggage was offered. Hotel management needs to clean up the transportation and check in experience!

Beware this hotel is more like Motel 6 than a Hilton . A/C had to be set on 40 degrees but still didn’t feel cool. Phone in room did not work so had to walk to lobby from 6th floor to address problems . Room was requested feather free . Was not upon arrival , left hotel for 3hrs to give them time to fix it. When I arrived back it was exactly the same so had to walk back to lobby again since phone didn’t work and AC was still not fixed . Had tonwait in the room until after 10pm for them to change pillows and blankets. And I had to be up at 2am to catch an early flight. Never will stay here again.
