Last year we stayed at the hotel next door, the Doubletree, vowing to try some other place in the future. This year we stayed at the Ramada Plaza and I have to say one isn't really any better than the other.
We checked in after having arrived on an overnight red-eye flight. Arriving around 10am, they didn't charge us an early check-in fee like the Doubletree. The airport pickup by their shuttle went smoothly.
The room was average, at least it was a place to just rest, which was what we needed. We checked the menu in the lobby for dinner, but nothing really moved us so we took Uber into suburbs.
The room was clean, efficient, and just what we needed for a one night stay.
The next morning we went down to the lobby and checked the menu for the lobby breakfast which seemed rather expensive.
Instead, we went to the in-lobby convenience store and got cereal, milk, banana, and pastry, which was much less expensive, and ate at one of the bistro tables there.
It's nothing fancy, it's a Ramada and they are efficient in handling airport travelers.More
