My boyfriend and I went to New York for New Year's and we stayed here. There was a hand print on the wall and head board in our room, but we didn't mind. Sure the place was a bit run down looking, but it fit us fine for a good night's sleep.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We apologize for any inconvenience that you had during your stay.

As a manager and from our entire staffs we really apologize for the hand print on wall and head board in your room. We have taken your comments very seriously, and have had our maintenance staff pay closer attention to this particular situation. Many times as a manager and hotel team we are unable to notice these issues where our valuable guest able to help us.

We hope to see you again at the hotel as we are improving our service and standards every day. Please excuse us this time as we were lacking in attention and I promise we will take better care of our guests here on now. Thank you again for your comments.

Never again am I staying in this dump of a hotel and I will make sure to tell all of my friends too. Went for a weekend to watch a football game and to say I was disgusted was an understatement. Mold in the bathroom. Wifi was a joke no matter where you were in the hotel. Room wasn't cleaned. Water was brown. The sliding doors had such a big gap on them that I can fit my hand through it. I can't believe head office has let this place get to the shape that it's in. All the locking mechanisms outside were broken so anybody could've walked into the hotel and have a field day breaking into the rooms!

Room Tip: Pick a different hotel

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We are really apologizing for any inconvenience that you had during your stay at our hotel.

We have taken your comments very seriously, and have had our maintenance staff pay closer attention to this particular situation to fix it. Also, we have completely removed the mold from the bathroom. We apologize for the lack of internet connectivity, since we understand the importance of Wi-Fi in today’s days. We have invested heavily in a reputable internet service provider, and connection errors rarely occur. Perhaps, the web traffic was at its peak during the times you were looking to connect. We will continue to make sure we are able to provide good internet services for your next stay with us.

We do apologize for an unclean guest room, since it is not in our policy to leave guest rooms unclean and unfinished. Although many times as a manager and hotel team we are unable to notice these issues where our valuable guests are able to help us. We will pay closer attention to all of these items and continuously strive for improvement.

Please excuse us at this time as we are doing our best everyday to improve our service and standard of the hotel. We hope to see you again at our hotel soon. We appreciate your comments. Thank you
