This was our first trip to Cape May. It's all true: there's plenty of parking (which is at a premium in "downtown" Cape May), the rooms really are like they asppear on the website, the breakfasts are delicious and beautifully served (the following day's breakfast menu is thoughtfully posted on an erasable board on the table in the front entry area), the rooms are spotless and full service is provided daily, there are plenty of bicycles available from the owners at no extra charge (with a mounted basket plus helmet and combination-type bike lock)....well, you get the idea. It's simply one of the finest B&B experiences of the many B&Bs that we have enjoyed over the years. Jim is very helpful in describing the fare at many local restaurants, and can also help in making reservations. Yet I never felt he was "pushing" one restaurant over another. And Lenanne baked a fresh different coffee cake for each of the breakfast during our three-night stay, as well as fresh-baked cookies for refreshments from 4-5:30 every afternoon. With the wonderful sangria and other snack goodies, as well as conversations with some of the other guests, we found the snack time to be a wonderful highlight of our stay. And the location is so convenient! OK, enough! It will sound like I'm related to the owners (we had never met before this trip)!
