First time in that part of N. Jersey and it was a pleasant stay. I definitely would stay again and would recommend. People were friendly and the bar and Bartender that night was great. Met some other folks that were also there for business and we had a great evening on a weekday! ;) Room was quiet and very luxurious feel asleep like a baby! Great place! Thanks for your hospitality!! ;)

Clean property. Room is large and comfortable. Staff was very friendly. Close to Diamond Nation for our baseball tournament. Also close to shopping and dining. Free breakfast was delicious and well stocked.

A delightful suite experience, and it's pet friendly! Good-sized rooms, well-stocked kitchen, big fridge. The grounds are great for walking dogs, with multiple ground-floor entrances for easy in and out, close to the stairs if your dog doesn't like the elevator. Staff was welcoming.

After asking for a quiet room due to early morning commitments, we were disturbed nightly (after 9pm and dark) by outdoor play on the basketball court (cursing and screaming kids), children running in parking lot and playing hide and seek and children running and screaming through the halls. We had the AC on and windows closed and could still hear all noise. We were assured by front desk staff (Lydia) that the problems would be dealt with and that many guests had been calling. 45 minutes after the initial call, the noise level was still unbearable. This time when I phoned the desk, Lydia was snarky and basically acted like she had enough of the calls. Her tone and her request to give the kids 5 more minutes to shut it down was totally unprofessional. Especially since after the first call, she said the police would be called. Lol In addition, the 5 minutes was false! Nice hotel room but more backbone needed for front desk staffing.

Thank you for bringing this very important issue to our attention. I apologize that your experience was impacted by the disrupting guests over the weekend. This is not the typical Hyatt House Branchburg experience. We have used this as a training opportunity to make sure that better systems are in place to handle these types of situations moving forward, and to keep them better contained. If you would like to discuss this matter further, please contact me at michael.bennett@hyatt.com. Thank you again for staying with us, and we hope to have you as our guest again.
