Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We had to delay our arrival by a day and expected to pay the full price for the reservation (it was our fault not theirs) but they didn't charge us for the night we weren't there (it was bike week). We had a nice site, easy to put the camper in. This was the 2nd time we'd used the camper (bought it new a month ago) and we had an issue with the electric. Dana was very helpful and found someone to come out on short notice and do the repairs for us (under warranty). Everything was great after that. It was an easy fix, just took some time to find the problem. I would definitely recommend this campground to everyone. We will definitely be returning next year.

Room Tip: This is a campground, not a hotel.

The campground is very nice and clean. I always saw a staff member doing something to keep it up. The bathrooms where clean, we didn't use the showers as we had our own in our camper but I poked my head in one of them and it looked clean as well. They had a lot of activities for kids to do. The playground wasn't to large but worked for a quick trip up there with the kids. Only issue I saw with that was the baskets ball court is right in front of the playground, so when the older kids where playing basketball the ball would hit some of the smaller kids playing next to the court. The biggest issue we had was the site (#6) we stayed one I would consider to small for our 26ft camper. We had a heck of a time getting our camper on the site due to the lay out. The site is long and narrow with an electrical pole and stump on one side and the utility hook up on the other. You really have to be a pro to get in on the site the first try. But Dana stopped by and help us. The staff is super helpful and friendly.

we have been going to this campground for several years, each and EVERY TIME we had issue's small ones but issues, the staff is friendly and the campground is clean however, when there was an issue with the rv we rented toilet backed up they blamed us when in fact they (there so called camp workers) had not emptied the holding tank. This year 2016 we arrived got settled in made the bed (in their Rv ) with my clean linen's, we took off for the afternoon. when we got back to settle in for the night we found SAND IN OUR CLEAN SHEETS got checking around and found an empty CONDOM WRAPPER IN THE SHEETS, SOMEONE HAD SEX IN OUR BED WTH VERY DISGUSTING

We made reservations for what was said to be a "renaissance" weekend. We were very disappointed to find it was a regional fencing tournament. Big difference. The campground itself is very nice. It is cozy. Spacious sites. Very friendly staff. We felt it was over priced though for what they offer.

We enjoyed it here, water was cold but its the Swift River so it was to be expected. The place is a little run down but we didnt care, we were camping in tents. Electricity is available at the sites, bathrooms were very tiny as were the showers and they charge quarters for water in the shower. Brought my son to see the animals, they have pigs, mini horses, alpacca, goats, and chickens and roosters. Staff was friendly and we enjoyed our time here but might try somewhere different next time.
