This restaurant does a great job at re-creating the NY pizza slice. Large foldable slices with a bubbly, sweet kind of crust. The chefs will throw a slice back in the oven for you for a few minutes until the bottom crust is just toasty. Plenty of toppings and slice varieties to choose from, including vegetarian options. The cheese does produce a lot of oil/grease.
The dining room has booths, tables, and stool tables. A dozen or so craft beers at a good price are available on tap. A full soda machine, and just a few TVs. The low ceiling and dim lighting create a loud, social atmosphere. The wait can be long (10 minutes) to reach the slice counter if you go right at noon.
