My family has been going to the Conway area each summer for over 20 years. We have stayed in many different places over time. But once we found Scenic Inn of Conway, we never go anywhere else. The owners are very friendly, the rooms are always clean and the beds comfortable. It's a great location, making it easy to get to Fryeburg, ME, North Conway, or the Kangamagus Hwy. There's a beach along the Saco River nearby for swimming, too. Highly recommend the Scenic Inn of Conway.

This is a lovely family owned inn. Feels like a B&B but is not. The owners are always on site. No breakfast or pool but a fun swimming hole nearby. You should go there if you have kids. This was a highlight for us. Walking distance to a cafe for food or other restaurants are a quick drive. There is a beautiful porch on both levels to enjoy the outside. Owners were great to accommodate our change in plans. Highly recommend!

We recently spent 3 nights at this great comfortable and cozy property. Our stay was during a peak holiday week and the price was most reasonable. The room was clean and well appointed. Our only complaint was with the quality of the bed pillows. They are in need of replacement with with some better quality or less worn (flat) pillows. We actually went to the local Wal-Mart and purchased a few pillows to make our stay more comfortable. I would definitely recommend this property for it's price, location and cleanliness.

Room tip: 2nd floor rooms have nice porch area that would be awesome in spring, summer and fall.

I was there for one night with my daughters. It was the night the Patriots lost so we were a little bummed, but welcomed by a sweet, young woman with her son. The room was dated, but very clean and welcoming. The beds were super comfy w/ white down comforters, flat screen and wifi. I needed help in the AM printing tickets to Loon and even though she had never had to do it, the woman was super helpful. It was a great value for the short time we were there.

Easy place to find on the main highway. Friendly hosts and we added 2 pins to the world map behind the reception where past customers had placed pins. Now Jeddah and Auckland join them. An older place but it has had renovations especially in the bathroom. The outside veranda would have been a good place to have a cocktail drink but a little cool the night we stayed. The rooms were of good size and had a fridge as well. A good breakfast was a 2 minute walk across the intersection and the liquor store and supermarket only a short drive away. Plenty of restaurants in the greater area. Overall a good value place to stay and cheaper than the newer chains in North Conway. A good entrance point while looking at the Fall colours in the White Mountains.
