We stayed here because it was close to relative and we like to play golf. We rented one of the 12 condos at the facility. VERY nice. Huge bathroom downstairs and a Huge kitchen with all the things you need. TV next to stone fireplace downstairs. Up stairs is a master suite with a king size bed and a sitting area with two couches. The tv upstairs is a bit small. Nice décor. Nice parking for this condo. Walking distance to the restaurant and the golf starter. Grocery store just down the main street about 10 minutes away.

The villas at Red Hawk are a great alternative to casino hotels for anyone wanting to vacation or do business in the Reno area without dealing with the casinos or seedy neighborhoods.

Facilities are family-friendly, units are comfortable, clean and secure. When staying a week or more, we prefer the center units which have full kitchens, but all of the units offer superb accommodations. The restaurant at the Country Club is especially nice.

Good little track, in ten years with some mature pines will be prettier but well laid out! Good practice greens - mats for driving so not that good but seems many places in Reno use matts. Snack bar has good choices too!

Red Hawk is a very nice family-friendly resort, with villas convenient to their beautiful golf course, country club, pools, and fitness center.

We’ve stayed here twice on family vacations (4 nights last year and 6 nights this year) and both times it was an extraordinarily pleasant experience. Depending on the villa model booked, you can have all the conveniences of home including in-unit laundry appliances and a full kitchen. The restaurant next door is very good, so we didn’t cook except late at night.

The outdoor patios are great for relaxing any time of day. Nevada weather is generally cool at night and perfect for golfing in the morning. The clear cool night skies are really great for star-gazing.

We stayed at the Villas, upscale condos, with another couple. We each had our own room and bathroom, and we shared the living room and kitchen area. The furnishings were great and the bed comfortable. It's a short walk to the golf course and to David's Restaurant. A great place to stay. The only down side was that the kitchen lacked some basic amenities. No coffee filters or mugs, only a few glasses, no kitchen towels or sponges. We let the Villa office know, and they brought us those things that we didn't have.
Excellent golf course. Well maintained... But not an easy golf course. Lot's of water and sand traps.

Room Tip: Bring your basics if you plan on cooking / eating in the condo.
